Synopsis

ALondon-based Shakti Thakur (Anil Kapoor) returns to India, with girlfriend Anita in tow, whom he intends to marry, much to the disapproval of his family. Shakti hates the animosity between his Zamindar dad and rival Zamindar Birju. Due to severe circumstances, Shakti is forced to marry Gehna (Tabu) and don the role of the patriarch.
