The most frequented place of Delhi, Central Park, is the grandest emblem of Lutyens’ Delhi. Large open spaces, a tempting flea market, showrooms, eateries, lounges, and bars lined up behind majestic white pillars. Setup above the metro station Rajiv Chowk at Connaught Place, is beautifully developed 41,500 sq metres of park area. With innumerable trees and shrubs including flowering plants, it has twinkling lampposts and four water bodies including a cascade. A 350- seat amphitheatre developed for cultural activities adds more value to this park. The Central Park is a jogger's paradise by morning and a hangout for youngsters and families in the evenings.
