Filmapia is looking for a committed Drupal/Web developer/designer :
. with the smarts,
. who can provide timely valuable input, improvement points and take the website further,
. who has a very good aesthetic sense in terms of design, etc.
. who has a clear understanding of the web
. who has the ability to become an expert and lead things for the better.
. who has a long term association to grow along with the company.

Technical skills required:
. PHP
. CSS, HTML, Jquery, AJAX
. Drupal - not necessarily an expert level but pretty decent knowledge about Drupal's config, writing up a module, upgrade, maintenance, performance. Ability to get things done fast.
. Design and photoshop skills.
. Apache admin skills

Important:
a. People ONLY from Bangalore.
b. Telecommute is allowed. Frequent meets will be needed to understand requirements and for status checks.
c. A good sense of humour would be a plus.
