Upload Property Details

Upload Property details via forms or mail details including photographs to info@filmapia.com

Verification of Details

Filmapia checks for corrections/misses and will contact you for the same.

Location Charges Fixed

The Base Rate for the Property is fixed in consultation with You

Property Listing Approved

The Property is approved for listing and the Property page link is shared with you.

For Property Owners
Property Shortlisting

Filmmaker chooses a Property from the listing pages using different filters, as per the creative requirement of the shoot.

Shoot Details Shared

Filmmaker provides details of the shoot – date, recce, schedule, crew size, etc., which are then shared with you by Filmapia. Filmapia finalizes the Location charges in consultation with you, as required.

Shoot Requirement OKed.

Both You and the Filmmaker need to agree on the details of the shoot. Else, the filmmaker is free to choose other properties.

(Optional) Recce

Filmmaker can choose to recce your property before finalizing the shoot. The Recce team will typically have key decision makers like DoP, Director, etc.

Contracts Signed

Both parties sign contracts provided by Filmapia – either paper documents or digital acceptance of the terms and conditions of the shoot.

Initial Payment

Filmapia releases partial payment of the agreed amount to you. Filmapia withholds the refundable Deposit, paid by the Filmmaker.

Shooting Starts

The shoot starts only after the contracts and initial payments are done.

Shooting Ends & Location Release Form

Once the shooting is complete, including wrap up, both parties must communicate to Filmapia about the same. Compensation for damages, if any, need to be mutually agreed between Filmmaker and You.

Damage or Delay Compensation

Compensation for Damages or delays in the end of the shoot, will be automatically deducted from the Security Deposit.

Final Payment

Filmapia releases the final pending payment, including any compensation calculated. This amount is remitted to you.

For Filmmakers
Property shortlisting

You choose a property from the listing pages using different filters, as per the creative requirement of the shoot.

Shoot Details Shared

Provides details of the shoot – date, recce, schedule, crew size, budget, etc., to Filmapia via the forms or mail.

Shoot Requirement OKed.

Both You and the Property Owner need to agree on the details of the shoot. Else, you are free to choose other properties.

(Optional) Recce

You may choose to recce the property before finalizing the shoot. The Recce team should have key decision makers like DoP, Director, etc.

Contracts Signed

Both parties sign contracts provided by Filmapia – either paper documents or digital acceptance of the terms and conditions of the shoot.

Initial Payment

You must pay 100% of the agreed amount including the Refundable Deposit to Filmapia, at least a week before the start of the shoot to confirm booking of the said Property.

Shooting Starts

The shoot starts only after the contracts and initial payments are done.

Shooting Ends & Location Release Form

Once the shooting is complete, including wrap up, both parties must communicate to Filmapia about the same. Compensation for damages, if any, need to be mutually agreed between You and the Property Owner.

Damage or Delay compensation

Compensation for Damages or delays in the end of the shoot, will be automatically deducted from the Security Deposit.

Final Payment

Filmapia releases the final pending payment, including any compensation calculated to the Property Owner. The remaining amount is refunded to you.
