Synopsis

Raj (Shahid Kapoor) and Priya (Kareena Kapoor), two strangers accidentally spot a child and decide to split the reward money given by the mother Sonia, a wealthy casino owner. But when they reach Sonia's mansion, they find her murdered! They are now chief suspects.

Director’s Abbas-Mastan and writer Shyam Goel did not reveal the murderer’s identity in the film to any of the actors, until the actual shoot of the scene. Right from the narration of the film, to the shooting of the scene, nobody, including the actor who played the murderer, was aware of exactly what would happen in the climax.
