Esteemed clients like #Bajaj insist that ALL relevant permissions to conduct Pulsarmania must be taken and local liaison has to be exemplary. No deals and adjustments.

So Filmapia established a huge #machinery of local #fixers and #handlers in the background.

 

Getting the right #Location meant a #consensus between Bajaj, Marketing Tongue, the local Pulsar dealers, and property owners all the while checking the feasibility with the municipality and the local authorities. This is a lot of push and pull between various factions. But once the location is finalised, the next stage begins: getting written permissions.

 

Multiple visits to offices in every town - Municipality, RTO offices, DFO, Ministry, Local Police, and any other local bodies. #Permissions have to be on point!

The most harrowing and frustrating part of the process, but oh so, mandatory!

While permissions are being worked out in one city, another team member is already on the night bus/train to the next town. More often than not, these permissions come to us at the very last jittery minute.

 

Next comes the Local #Liaison part. This comes with some positives. Getting local Police officers, office bearers, political bigwigs and Pulsar dealership owners to inaugurate the events is a definite high.
